Lelo products are expensive and when they work they are fine, when they breakdown or you order through the Lelo website watch out.
We have had three of their products breakdown, when dealing with the returns, replacement and shipping problems it is not worth the hassle or the price.
They send these personal items bulk shipping style using UPS Mail Innovations and can take up to two weeks if your package is not lost.
Funny thing is Lelo provided a first class shipping label for the return which only took two days to reach the destination when shipped out on a Saturday.
You can not even properly track the shipment which in this case is very important. Makes no sense and is so disrespectful to all of their customers.
We have purchased items from other companies like Fun Factory and never had any problems or any need for returns. Lelo No Go No More!
Goinng on Day 14 and my order is still "in transit" I really hate the fact that you buy an expensive product and Lelo chooses to ship it the cheapest way possible, UPS Mail Inovations. The sell a premium product why not ship it a premium way. Tbh I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars more for regular ground shipping or even FedEx shipping. They don't give you any option.

After a few days of receiving my toy it stopped working. I got mad, asked for a new one. It was fairly easy to reach the company but the negotiation lasted a bit longer than I expected. I understand that this product is specific, Covid and everything but I wanted a new one or my money. They contacted me two days later and fixed the problem.
I’ve been a fan of Lelo’s products for many years. Their designs are always sexy and elegant, and IMO their qualities are the best among many other high end brands that I’ve used ( wevibe, leaf +, etc). And my recent experience with their customer care specialist, Deni has gained the company even more respect and loyalty from me! When I first reached out to them regarding the possibility of purchasing a spare part, I didn’t expect much. Then the next day they really surprised me with a kind response... As a customer I was Beyond satisfied! Thank you Lelo for your great products and exceptional customer care!

I ordered last Tuesday, and got an email confirmation. The email said I'd get a follow up email saying that it had shipped. I hadn't gotten one so I finally reached out to their support email. Went back and forth, and they gave me a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number and it said that it had been delivered today but in MARYLAND! The shipping address on the order was NOT intended for Maryland; NOT EVEN CLOSE! I tried calling, I tried emailing, no one has responded yet. I feel like I just wasted $70! No one has offered me any kind of compensation or at least answers! How do I get in contact with these people?!? This is frustrating and ridiculous! I feel like I'm never going to get my order!

Great Company and Products. I have ordered a fair amount directly from Lelo over the years - always a pleasure to deal with. Great products. When there is a snag, they get on to it and sort it out. Brilliant company to deal with and Katerina H went out her way to resolve a complicated issue. She is a well valued employee.

I was looking forward to the product I had ordered. Two weeks passed, nada, zero. OK, I knew the circumstances were extraordinary so I waited. After almost 4 weeks I called their customer service and complained. I did not want my money back, I wanted the product. It turned out that the problem was with the local delivery company. LELO customer service were very fast and I got the product after a few days.
I originally submitted a claim because I couldn't get the number on the warranty card to register. They explained that they had printed the wrong number on the card and had already registered the product for me. Then I had trouble getting it to connect to the app, they explained that they were still developing the F1s app and to use the F1s Demo app, that connected right away. I must say that my rep was very helpful, very informative and very nice. Top rate customer service and as for the performance of the device... just WOW!!! I have several others that can't even come close to the effect that this delivers!!! Their Sensonic technology delivered the most intense, long lasting orgasm that I've experienced in a long time!! I don't know how it does it, but you can feel it coming and turn up the app and... just WOW, hard to explain how it feels!!! Kudos Lelo for an amazing device and excellent customer service.
Definitely one of the best companies out there for any product. Great quality products. Texture and sound are literally as advertised. I rave about their products to anyone I know.
As for customer service, definitely THE BEST I'VE SEEN. I had a problem with one of my devices and so filed a claim. Super nice customer service representatives and very easy instructions. I sent my device back to then right away, but UPS never delivered my package. I had a very difficult time filing a claim and contacting UPS. After 2 months of trying to contact them I gave up and decided to swallow the price tag so I contacted Lelo with my predicament, told to close my claim as there was no way I can get the device because it was never delivered. I expected to not have my claim fulfilled because I did not have the device. And the relief and excitement I had when Lelo Customer Service said they would still ho no or my claim was AMAZING. I mean I did have proof that UPS did send to Las Vegas just never delivered, so it's not like I didn't try to send, so customer service accepted my claim!! They sent it right away (with holidays there were delays but I got free Lelo Lube for my patience!) So it was literally the best day when I received my package. Thank you Lelo and THANK YOU for the Lelo Customer Service team for working their best and giving it their all!! You are real heroes in my book.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. This company takes your money and passes off inquiries to people who cannot and will not answer questions and provide assistance. Take your business elsewhere.
